Our partnerships with companies across New Zealand make it easy for us to reach more people and make a bigger impact where it's needed most. We're thrilled to announce our very first Give Goodness campaign in partnership with Grant Thornton (GTNZ) on a day that means the world to us, International Women's Day (March 8, 2024). Across the GTNZ organisation, every woman and anyone who loves a special woman in their life is invited to donate one piece of beautiful, quality clothing from their wardrobe. At the end of the month, we'll host an exclusive online sale where every penny raised goes directly to supporting women in New Zealand facing challenging circumstances.
Our aim for the Give Goodness campaigns is to collaborate with forward-thinking companies like GTNZ, valuing women's contributions and promoting recycling. Inspired by simple acts of goodness, we strive for a better tomorrow, knowing every effort counts.

CLOTHING DONATIONS
Without generous donations of quality clothing and other wrap around services of goodness, our mission would simply cease to exist. It's a heartfelt recognition of the pivotal role of all those that contribute to our supply chain that propels our cause forward.
There are two ways you can get clothes to us;
CLOTHING DROP OFF LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT AUCKLAND We have five drop off locations throughout Auckland available only during shop hours and they are;
1. EVERLASTING at 52 Richardson Road, Mount Albert, Auckland 1025 (Wed-Sun 10am-2pm)
2. GOOD THING at 849 New North Road, Mount Albert, Auckland 1025 (Mon-Sat 9.30am-4pm; Sun 10am- 4pm)
3. DALSTON at 481 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021 (Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat-Sun 9.30am- 4.30pm)
4. SHORE JUNCTION at 19 Northcote Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0620 (Tues-Sat 10am-6pm).
5. GREEN BAY COMMUNITY CENTRE, 1 Barron Drive, Green Bay, Auckland 0604 (Mon-Fri 9am-2pm)
POST/COURIER You can post a bag or box of clothing at your expense to EVERLASTING 52 Richardson Road, Mount Albert, Auckland New Zealand 1025.
We accept great quality womens clothing, shoes and accessories. By that we mean items without stains, rips, or damage, with the potential to brighten another woman's day. And definitely don’t fret over the age of your items. What truly matters is whether they still have a wonderful life ahead, ready to bring joy to someone who may not have access to them otherwise. Be mindful that we do not accept men's clothing, bric-a-bac, underwear, clothes with stains, holes, damage, or not in good enough condition to re-wear and re-love. We do accept good quality barely worn swimwear, but please no well used pieces.

YOUR DONATIONS: Upon receiving your generous donations, our dedicated team dives right in, sifting through each piece with care. We separate the gems from those needing a little extra love—maybe a stitch here, a wash there.
THE GQC: The Great Quality Check, or GQC as we fondly call it, is our time to shine. We inspect every item, ensuring it's pristine and ready to bring joy to its next owner. If it passes with flying colors, it's on to the next stage.
SORTING STOCK: This is where the magic happens. We have a keen eye for what sells, be it stunning New Zealand designs or globally recognized brands. Our volunteers, the Everlasting models, help bring these pieces to life through captivating photos. Then, we categorize them for our online promotions like "Making Tuesday Matter" or "Fixed Price Friday."
MT ALBERT SHOP: or our shop, we curate with precision, selecting pieces that are both affordable and stylish. These are the gems that fill our shelves and delight our customers.
OUR COMMUNITY: Marketing and promotion are constant endeavors. Every day, we showcase new arrivals on social media. And keep an eye out for our special themed collections—that are designed to spark joy and excitement for the coming season.
MARKET DAY: And don't forget our Market Stock and Giveback Events! Three times a year, we invite the community to our "Fill a Bag" markets, where every purchase supports our cause.
OUR IMPACT: As items find their new homes, they not only bring happiness but also support our mission. Sales revenue is reinvested back into the community, allowing us to grow and make an even bigger impact.
Here at Everlasting, we help women feel good about themselves; we are a community united by a shared desire to lift women up. We recycle clothing, contributing to making the world a better, brighter, and more beautiful place. And best of all, we live to give goodness infusing it into everything we do.
ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE GREAT QUALITY CLOTHING FOR ALL WOMEN - available from our flagship store in Mt Albert, online and one of three Market Days held throughout the year.
GIVE GOODNESS DAYS IN-STORE - gifted ‘retail therapy sessions’ either one-on-one or as a group for women facing challenging times. The days are held at our flagship store in Mt Albert and hosted by an inhouse Everlasting stylist who works with the women to build a wardrobe of clothes they love. The beautiful women we get to work with are referred by our impact partners, from social services or nominated by our Everlasting community through our Nominate a Woman initiative.
CLOTHING PACKAGES - we prepare packages for women that are unable to attend our Give Goodness Days in Auckland. These packages are individual and prepared following an online or phone consultation with Anna.
STYLING - We believe in the transformative effect a simple act of goodness can have. We are so lucky to be supported by many from within the fashion and beauty industry that help make the Give Goodness Days for our women a truly immersive and beautiful experience. Our Give Goodness days depending on the services available can be a full make-over including hair, make-up and clothing.
CLOTHING DONATIONS - With a nod toward saving fashion waste from landfill the clothes that do not sell after completing the Everlasting clothing cycle are then gifted to our impact partners and other New Zealand organisations in need
RECYCLING - We are proud to have saved over 25 tonnes of clothing from landfill over the seven years since we started. It is our intention to increase this recycling effort, creating a greater impact on our world. In 2024 we have spread our wings into corporate organisations through the Give Goodness campaign encouraging our countries decision makers, influencers and workforce to join the circular economy via Everlasting
